You have heard of painting with friends, well this is cooking with friends.  Dinner is served by chef AC and Port Town Brewery have teamed up to bring you a few different series of cooking classes.

Our philosophy is to cook seasonal and use sustainable meats and fish and all organic produce.

Chef instructors Mike Trani, Adam Crisafulli and Gina Mallano will teach you how to make Asian dumplings and fresh pasta, to French macaroons and chocolate lava cakes and quite frankly too much to list.  Come relax and have one of Port Towns brews or a glass of wine.  Have fun in groups of two or four and our instructors will take you step by step on how to make something fun, innovative and delicious that you can make at home and share with others.  We will always try to pair the beer on tap @ Port Town Brewery to what we are making or incorporate it into the dish.
