Chef Adamo never ceases to amaze my family, especially my kids. He has been with my husbands family for over 6 years now, to weekly drop off, to big Italian family events, to quiet business dinners and everything else, Adamo continues to create time tested favorites and our families dishes with his own twist. Some of our dietary restrictions of vegan, gluten free and diabetic is where chef Adamo excelled. Can't wait till we book him again....

Sure Chef Adamo has great menus and pictures of his food and it is yummy, but what we like is that he is always willing to create a special menu for any occasion to give it that personal touch, showcasing his creative talent as well as using seasonal ingredients for his menus. We use him for family events, but especially for our work and business functions...

My husband and I have used chef Adamo quite a bit over the years, just recently he did Christmas eve at our new house for our families and it was absolutely incredible!! He did the Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes, also accommodating our meat eaters as well. He is so organized and so clean that it did NOT look like he cooked 12 different things for 25 adults, in one kitchen, in one night.
